Improvements
SRF337 Cost Code Department Billing field improvements in Workforce Reporting
We have improved the SRF337 Cost Code Department Billing report in Workforce Reporting to include the additional fields “/of” to the report criteria. When selecting additional fields for the report, this data will be displayed on the CampData and TransportData tabs.
This will enable you to include additional profile information into this report for data analysis [Canny]
Completed roster documents in Workflow no longer displays room numbers
To keep future room ownership confidential, completed roster documents in Workflow will no longer display the future room assignment room numbers in the Document History & Comments. [#59446]
New Workflow UI improvements
We have introduced new improvements to the Workflow based on feedback received from our clients. The following improvements have been implemented:
• We have corrected the alignment of all custom field boxes on the Traveller Tab in Workflow.
• When adding people to a group, the pop-up box displayed when selecting a line item will now highlight the correct item.
• We have reinstated the border line around the Shift Visual tab, which now displays correctly.
Enhancing our user experience in SAM
We have addressed and implemented several UI changes to enhance your user experience while using SAM. [#58002]
We have reinstated event management highlighting to display the correct colours, ensuring names are now also visible after importing travellers. Colours reflect the status of the traveller, which include:
• Green = confirmed
• Dark blue = allocated
• Light blue = reserved
• Highlights for success messages on the Bulk Profile Updates page have been reinstated.
Allowing room assignments to different locations in SAM
The parameter ‘AlllowRescheduleToOtherLocation’ has been improved to consider both room assignments and reschedules to other locations.
• If the parameter = N and a user attempts to assign a room to another camp location, then an alert message appears, and the room assignment is not allowed.
• If the parameter = Y and a user attempts assign a room to another camp location, then no alert message appears, and the room assignment is successful.
• If the parameter = WARN and a user attempts assign a room to another camp location, then a warning message appears. If the user clicks yes to proceed, the room assignment is successful.
• If the parameter = ADMIN and a non-admin user attempts to assign a room to another camp location, then a warning message appears, and the assignment is not successful. As an admin, no alert will be displayed, and the assignment can be done successfully. [#54480]
Workflow Folio document behaviour for Room Owners
We have improved how a Folio workflow document handles picking rooms for room owners. When SAM parameters are set as AutomaticallyPickRoom=Y at the room type level and FindAnyRoomForRoomOwners=N at the camp level, if a room owner tries to confirm a booking for their owned room that is currently occupied by another booking in progress, Folio will not automatically select a room. It will instead show a SAM validation message indicating their owned room is unavailable.
In the case of a Folio document, the Parameter FindAnyRoomForRoomOwners will now be prioritised over the AutomaticallyPickRoom parameter. [#42317, 59018]
Group Bookings improvements when using symbols '<' and '>' in description
Improvements have been made to the Group Booking import function to no longer accept the symbols '<' and '>' in the description field. This will ensure the user will no longer experience an issue that was not allowing these group bookings to be deleted.
When a user attempts to use these symbols during an import, they will receive an error on the processing tab of the import to detail “Error, Description cannot include the tags < >”. [#54787]
Fixes
Waitlist button corrected in Workflow Folio
The waitlisted button for the final approver in a Folio document has been corrected to be the same size as the other items displayed. [#60370]
Workflow Banner correction
We have fixed the issue where a long dash was appearing after the client name in the Workflow banner prior to logging in. [#60486]
Traffic light colour icon display in Workflow Folio Travel
The traffic light colour icons will correctly display to indicate the availability for the requestor for flights and accommodation. [#60301]
Emailing itineraries in Workflow
Under the Links menu in Workflow, the itineraries menu will now successfully email the itinerary to the email provided. The user will also receive a results message to confirm who the itinerary was sent to. [#60377]
SMS message fix
We have addressed the issue where users were not able to use the Manifest or Onsite buttons to successfully send a message to the chosen profiles. Users can now select these options and successfully send an SMS to their chosen profiles. [#60191]
Profile fields in Workflow Folio
Users were experiencing an issue where configuring a custom field with a date picker to the Workflow profile editor as workflow read only, was not resulting in the field being read only and it could still be edited.
Under the Workflow Profile Editor, any field configured “Workflow Visible” and “Workflow Readonly” set to true, will now be correctly displayed in a Workflow Folio document. [#55816]
