Our new modern look in Workforce Reporting
We are pleased to announce that we have rolled out a new, modern look for the Workforce Reporting user interface.

Introducing the SMS resend feature to SAM
We have added new functionality in SMS Management within SAM, making it easier to send additional SMS messages to the same list of personnel from a previous SMS batch. On the SMS Batches Summary page, a new icon in the Details column allows users to quickly select the same group of people for sending a new SMS message. [Canny]
Enhanced workflow parameter for shift status selection in Folio and Site Travel requests
We have improved the workflow parameter ForceRequestorToSelectShiftStatus to include the ability to reschedule and remove/merge for Folio and Site Travel requests. When the parameter is set to “Y”, a requestor must select a shift status for a new booking, a reschedule, and a remove/merge request prior to submission. [Canny]
New date shortcuts added to SRF reports
We have introduced two new date shortcuts to all SRF reports with the date criteria set as first day of two months ago (firstdayoftwomonthsago) and last day of two months ago (lastdayoftwomonthsago). [Canny]
New Workforce Reporting report - SRF353 Roster Alternate Camp
We have introduced a new report named “SRF353 Roster Alternate Camp”, and is available when an alternative camp configuration is set up when running a roster for travellers.
The SRF353 report will enable users to identify which profiles have this configuration set up, the details of the configuration, the date/timestamp of when the configuration was update and by which user. Access to this report is available once installed via the Report Management area within the Administration menu. [Canny]
Hyperlinked document numbers for easier navigation
We have made navigating Workflow documents easier in the ‘History and Comments’ section. Now, whenever contents are moved between documents, the document number is updated to a hyperlink. This allows users to quickly access the document directly from the ‘History and Comments’ section, eliminating the need to search for it through the Workflow Task Panel. [Canny]
Enhanced search table with key profile attributes
To enhance decision-making when rescheduling multiple people, we have added key profile attributes— Resource Type, Transport Group, and City—to the search table. This enables SAM users to quickly access important information without needing to check individual profiles. We have also reorganised the table, grouping profile and transport attributes together to make it easier to locate this information. [Canny]
Clickable room numbers for easier booking navigation
INX SAM users can experience easier navigation with room numbers displayed as hyperlinks. These links, available in the profile “V” card and within the room bookings section of a traveller's profile, allows users to quickly access the Bookings By Room page with just a click. [Canny]
SRF111 Enhancement
We have enhanced the SRF111 Drug And Alcohol report to allow users to report on multiple camps, and allow those camps to be reported on separate reports. [Canny]
Improvements
Enhanced Transport Group logging with detailed audit trails
We have enhanced the logging for Transport Groups, with detailed audits now available on the SAM | Admin | Audit page under the Flight Group Detail function. This improvement allows you to easily track when and which user has edited details within a Transport Group. [#63218]
Streamlined email configuration with reduced error notifications
We have enhanced the Workforce Reporting email configuration by removing the error pop-up for email addresses that have been registered and confirmed. [#58363]
Hidden flights excluded from Roster bookings
Hidden flights, which are either manually marked as hidden by the INX SAM User or automatically created by the CBAPI integration when AutoCreateTransports is enabled (with CreatedByCBAPI field = true), will no longer be selected in Roster bookings. This ensures that only visible flights are chosen based on the flight group of the booking or profile. [#51484]
Enhanced shift status requirement for trip reschedules
The Workflow Parameter ForceRequestorToSelectShiftStatus has been enhanced to ensure that when set to “Y”, requestors are prompted to select a shift status before submitting a reschedule to change a day trip to an overnight trip.
Fixes
Fixed download issue for the Room template
We have fixed an issue where INX SAM users were unable to download the Room template from SAM | Rooms | Search | Upload page used for both creating and updating rooms. [#63697]
Duplicate room number fix for current and future rooms
We have resolved an issue where a room number was duplicated in the current and future room assignment.
Improved booking confirmation in Event Management
We have improved the Event Management feature in SAM to ensure successful confirmation of new bookings, including after processing a Folio document to remove a booking created through the Event Management page. [#58007]
Fixed duplicate attached itineraries in Workflow confirmation email
We have resolved an issue where confirmation emails sent after completing a Folio Workflow document had duplicate itineraries attached. [#56335]
B2B Matchmaker improved for better hotel flag alignment
We have improved B2B Matchmaker to ensure that the Hotel flag aligns with the nominated person's profile, as set by the first B2B owner. [#51969]
