What’s New in INX SAM Suite Version 6.3.53

New Features
Enhanced room booking visibility in SAM and Workflow
We have introduced a room booking icon to the roster graphic within SAM and Workflow making it easier to identify the number of room and camp changes a person has confirmed for a whole booking. The bed icon will be displayed on the date where a new room is confirmed, providing a clearer view of the booking details. [Canny]
Introducing the new Cleaning Forecast calendar visual
We’re excited to introduce the Cleaning Forecast calendar visual, now available under Rooms | Cleaning | Cleaning Forecast page. This new feature enables your SAM users to clearly see when cleaning tasks are scheduled, based on current bookings and the cleaning configuration set in the system. With cleaning operations often being complex, the Cleaning Forecast helps give your team added confidence to validate that their current setup will achieve the desired results.
Improvements
Carrier Bookings export report updated with ‘SamUserName’ field
To help support your reporting processes, we have reinstated the ‘SamUserName’ field within the Carrier Bookings details export report in SAM. [#68088]
Improved SAM Itinerary with a traveller’s SAM number
To help make it easier to identify and track individual travellers, we have improved the SAM itinerary to now display a traveller’s SAM number. [Canny]
Enhanced transport dropdown menu for Accommodation Arrivals and Departures
We’ve improved the transport dropdown menu on the Accommodation Arrivals and Accommodation Departures pages, enabling the ability to multi-select transport options. This helps users easily identify arrivals or departures for specific transport times, allowing them to view only the relevant arrivals or departures for those times. [Canny]
New option to deactivate a room lock type in SAM
To help SAM users maintain a more streamlined list of room lock types, we have introduced the option to deactivate a room lock type that is no longer needed.
New report data criteria for the SRF305 report
We have added new report data criteria to the “/of” Fields within the SRF305 End of Month Contractor Reporting report. This enhancement allows users to report on the booking data for the follow attributes:
• ReportData.Department
• ReportData.CostCode
• ReportData.Employer
• ReportData.Position
• ReportData.Camp
Improved report tracking in Workforce Reports
To make it easier for Workforce Reporting users to identify the reports that need updating, we have introduced a tick icon to the side of your reports, indicating which reports are on the latest version.
Improved report scheduling flexibility
Previously, Workforce Reporting would automatically select the next available time when scheduling a report. We have improved this feature by allowing users to select their preferred time, even when there are multiple reports already scheduled at the same time.
New filters in the Workforce Reporting Scheduler Page
We have added new filters to the Scheduler Page within Workforce Reporting to help users quickly search through all scheduled reports. This will allow users to easily manage and identify specific schedules, especially when there is a large amount already set up.
Improved loading times for reports in Workforce Reporting
Users will now experience faster loading times for both the report and scheduled report pages within the Workforce Reporting environment.
Fixes
Resolved Object Reference error for offsite day trip bookings
We have resolved the “object reference” error that occurred when a final approver attempted to process a New Booking Folio document for an offsite day trip. The shift visual tab now updates accurately, enabling final approvers to successfully process these requests. [#67048]
Improved Folio document handling for room bookings
We have enhanced the Folio document process to ensure that room bookings in progress or past bookings are no longer automatically adjusted when incorporated into a future reschedule. This improvement ensures greater accuracy and consistency in managing room bookings. [#65272]
