What’s New in INX SAM Suite Version 6.3.55
We’re excited to share with you the following new features and updates within this release:
New Features
Bulk correction feature in the Carrier Booking page
The Carrier Booking page in SAM now allows users to correct multiple failed bookings in a single action, eliminating the need to manually update each failed booking individually and streamlining the process to make retries more efficient. [Canny]
New Room Move filter on Arrival and Departure pages
To help improve visibility and make searching for rooms more efficient, SAM users can now filter for room moves on the Accommodation Arrival and Accommodation Departure pages. [Canny]
Improvements
Improved search criteria for filtering and navigation
The Clean Durations page (accessible via Admin > Accommodation > Clean Duration) now includes the new search criteria “Camp”—simplifying filtering and navigation for users.
Enhanced Clean Type display for easier configuration
When adding a new clean duration, the Clean Type field has been widened—improving visibility of your selection for easier configuration.
New tooltip introduced for the Cleaning Roster
On the Cleaning Roster page (accessible via Rooms > Cleaning > Cleaning Roster), a tooltip has been introduced. This tooltip helps users ensure all required details are correctly configured to successfully running a cleaning roster.
Synchronised clean status for Couple Rooms
We have improved the Accommodation Arrival page to ensure the clean status of Couple Rooms are properly synchronised. Now, when a couple arrives on the same day (with one person in the master room and the other in a virtual room), both rooms will display a consistent clean status.
Future Room Ownership now available for all lengths of stay
The Future Room Ownership feature in SAM is now available for all profiles with a future accommodation booking, regardless of length—helping provide broader visibility and accessibility for all upcoming stays.
Fixes
Multiple bookings now support alternative camp location
Users can now make multiple bookings and update the camp to an alternative location in SAM. With the ‘AllowBookingToOtherLocation’ parameter set to “Y”, SAM no longer restricts camp selection to the on-site location, enabling users to choose any camp from the room search dropdown.
Enhanced multisector Folio processing
When final approvers process Folio documents containing a multisector, the Folio anchor dates now validate correctly ensuring smoother processing of new multisector bookings [#70742]
Improved alignment in Workflow Folio tabs
To ensure a seamless user experience in INX SAM Suite, we have resolved an issue where the requested tab and the processing tab within a Workflow Folio document were not consistently aligned [#70638]
