New features
Improved control with the new Cancel Booking feature in Workforce Kiosk
We’ve introduced a new feature that allows Workforce Kiosk users to cancel requests they’ve initiated through the Manage Bookings feature within the app. This enhancement gives users greater flexibility and control over their booking requests.
Improvements
Improved usability and performance in the Workflow Person Search page
To ensure consistency across the SAM Suite, we’ve updated the Person Search page to display results in a paginated format rather than on a single page. This improves usability and performance when handling large result sets.
Enhanced tracking of custom profile field changes in the SRF241 report
We’ve improved the logic behind custom profile fields to ensure that all changes are now accurately captured in the SRF241 Profile Change Audit report, helping improve visibility of your data. This enhancement includes recording when a value is first entered into a custom profile field—something that was not previously tracked. [#77412]
Fixes
‘Select All’ delete checkbox reinstated on Maintain Waitlist page
We’ve reinstated the Select All delete checkbox on the Maintain Waitlist page. Users can once again easily select and delete multiple entries at once. [#78602]
Resolved bulk rescheduling of hidden flights in SAM
We’ve fixed an issue that prevented users from successfully rescheduling multiple travellers onto a hidden flight in SAM. Users can now perform bulk rescheduling to hidden flights without any difficulties. [#78394]
Manifest report generation fixed for hidden flights in Workforce Reporting
We’ve resolved an issue in Workforce Reporting where hidden flights in SAM were preventing users from generating manifest reports. Users can now successfully run manifest reports, even when flights are hidden in SAM. [#78033, 78335, 78423, 78463, 78168, 78171]
Timeout issue resolved in SRF257 report
We’ve resolved a timeout issue affecting the SRF257 Cleaning Roster History and Forecast report in Workforce Reporting. Users can now run this report without experiencing timeouts. [#74088]
