What’s New in INX SAM Suite Version 6.3.58
We’re excited to share with you the following new features, improvements and fixes within this release:
New Features
Flight Admins can now view and book hidden flights
INX SAM users with the "Flight Admin" privileges can now view hidden flights during the booking process. A new checkbox, “Show Only Hidden Flights”, has been added to the transport search page in both INX SAM and INX Workflow (as a final approver). This enhancement streamlines bookings by allowing admins to book hidden transports without needing to update configurations or unhide specific flights. [Canny]
New capabilities added to Robots for INX Workflow
We’re excited to announce new capabilities within our Robots for INX Workflow processing. This enhancement expands the robot’s functionality to support the following items:
- Processing of multiple bookings within a Folio document
- The ability to split a folio document
- The ability to waitlist a flight within a Folio document
- The ability to decline a Folio document

Assign grace periods to shift statuses in INX SAM to streamline room availability
We’ve introduced a new feature that allows INX SAM users to assign a grace period to shift statuses. This enhancement enables users to create bookings that mark a room as unavailable for the rest of the day once a worker vacates it.
To enable this feature, the INX SAM system parameter ShowShiftGracePeriods must be set to Y. Grace periods can then be applied either to the departure date (for offsite shift statuses) or the last occupancy date (for onsite shift statuses). These settings are considered during new bookings, reschedules, roster bookings and shift status changes.

Improvements
Reassign rooms across locations from the Room Lock page
INX SAM users can now reassign a room to a different location for a resource directly from the Room Lock page—provided the INX SAM parameter AllowRescheduleToOtherLocation is set to true. This enhancement streamlines room management and offers greater flexibility when handling accommodation changes across locations. [#74985]
INX Workflow accounts now deactivate based on demobilisation date
User accounts in INX Workflow will now be deactivated based on the demobilisation date entered in the demobilisation document, rather than the date the document is processed. This enhancement ensures users retain access to INX Workflow up until their actual demobilisation date, providing a smoother offboarding experience. [Canny]
Search by future room owners on the People Search page
We've enhanced the Room Assignment search criteria on the People Search page to include future room owners. This update allows users to search for profiles with upcoming room ownerships already assigned, making it easier to plan and manage future room occupancy. [Canny]
Red plane icon highlights flight no-shows on the Accommodation Arrivals page
To help users quickly identify flight no-shows, the plane icon on the Accommodation Arrivals page will now appear red (instead of black) when a traveller is marked as a no-show. This visual cue reduces the need to navigate elsewhere in the system for status confirmation.
New tooltip clarifies room moves on Accommodation Arrivals and Departures pages
An informative tooltip has been added to the Accommodation Arrivals and Departures pages to clarify room moves. This tooltip helps users understand whether a person is transferring between camps or relocating within the same camp, providing clearer context for each move. [Canny]
Room number links added to B2B Matchmaker results
We've added a hyperlink to room numbers in the results table within the B2B Matchmaker. This enhancement allows INX SAM users to quickly navigate to the "Bookings by Rooms" page, making it easier to review rooms identified as potential back-to-back matches. [Canny]
Fixes
New user account creation now working in INX Workforce Reporting
We’ve fixed an issue that prevented users from successfully creating new user accounts in INX Workforce Reporting. [#76660, 76979, 77161, 77128]
SRF305 report now includes Resource Type for inactive profiles
We’ve fixed an issue in the report SRF305 End of Month Transport Movement and Contractor Hours, where the Resource Type was not being returned for inactive profiles. The report now correctly displays the Resource Type regardless of profile status. [#74850]
Same-day multiple reschedules now process correctly without room status selection
We’ve resolved an issue that was preventing successful same day multiple reschedules due to an invalid shift status state. Same-day multiple reschedules will now process correctly, even when no room status is selected. [#74940]
Manage Room Ownership now correctly applies room configurations during roster bookings
We’ve resolved an issue where the Manage Room Ownership functionality was not correctly applying the intended room configuration. Now, when users process a roster booking along with a future room assignment, the system will accurately execute the booking as expected. [#73414]
Extra scrollbar no longer appears in multi-layer menus
We’ve fixed an issue where a “multi menu scrollbar” appeared in the INX SAM and INX Workflow applications on certain devices when navigating through multiple menu layers. This visual glitch has been resolved, and the extra scrollbar will no longer appear.
