Improvements
Enhanced password security with change notifications and reuse prevention
We’ve strengthened password security across SAM, Workflow, and Workforce Reporting. Users will now receive an email notification whenever their password is changed, providing an added layer of security.
Additionally, to improve password validation, you will no longer be able to reuse previously used passwords.

Improved People Search with support for opening profiles in new tabs
We’ve enhanced the People Search functionality to support opening profiles in a new browser tab. You can now right-click any profile in the search results and select “Open in a new tab” to view the profile without navigating away from the search page. [Canny]
Room locks now re-evaluate room availability
We’ve improved the handling of room availability when editing room locks. The system now automatically checks whether a room is vacant or occupied whenever a room lock date is modified. If the room is no longer vacant, a warning message will appear, alerting the user that an existing booking will be moved upon saving the changes. [#76727]
Enhanced SRF318 report with user access information
We’ve enhanced the SRF318 User Access Information report by adding a new tab that provides detailed information on each Workforce Reporting user's access. This includes visibility into which Camps, Employers, Departments, and Cost Codes they have access to and can view, helping simplify the process of reviewing user access. [Canny]
