What’s New in INX SAM Suite Version 6.3.28
We’re excited to share with you some new key features, updates, and improvements:
New Features
When reactivating a room, any pre-existing deactivation dates for that room will be removed.
As the final approver of the De-Mobilisation document, you now have the ability to update all SAM field by clicking on the “Update SAM Profile” button. [#28040]
Improvements
Improvements have been made to the following:
- SRF325 Pending Workflow Requests now includes the Department within the search criteria.[#28169]
- From a profile, a SAM admin user can now add the commute base, in the profile summary within SAM and Workflow.[#28143]
- When creating a SRF schedule, an end time now pre-populates when you enter an end date. These detailsalso show on the job summary screen. [#27897]
- A new column has been added to SRF304 - SAM No Shows Reportto show the workflow request comments.[#26945]
Fixes
Fixes have been applied to the following:
- In Workflow, as a final approver of a Folio request, where waitlisting a transport as part of a day visit would result in a sequencing error message. [#30685]
- The Workflow document “SAM profile changes”. As a final approver, the room type field would pre-populate to the room types within the selected camp.
- INX SAM users could not create a transport type with the same flight code, arrival and destination ports on the same day with different ETA/ETD times.[#30181]
- SRF168 Urgent Request and SRF174 Workflow Urgent Action, where the incorrect Workflow request number would be displayed. [#29803]
- The roster camp change functionality, when using the Alternate Camp feature.[#29035]
- Parameter “ReassignRoomAllowed=Y” would result in a timeout error.[#28462]
- When a room lock was being edited, it displayed the incorrect number of rooms within the room lock.[#28749]
- SRF163 Arrival Departure 2, where the check in date/time was not populating. [#25800]
- Day visit bookings were incorrectly displayed on the SAM report Alcohol Test Sheet for a different camp to their profile. [#27670]
- Folio Leave request document was able to be submitted without a leave reason.[#27709]
Workforce Kiosk
Improvements have been made to the following:
- Ability to include all multi-sector details within the Workforce Kiosk. [23982]
- Ability to reschedule flights without sending a notification.
- In the Workforce Kiosk, the user can now see each of their room numbers across a split booking.
- Dates of upcoming transport can now be seen.
- Ability to change room push notifications and remove booking push notifications.
Fixes have been applied to the following:
- The Workforce Kiosk would remain in Dark Mode regardless of changes to settings.
- Where the overbooked and waitlisted numbers would appear in upcoming trip screens.
